User Management
Manage user accounts, approve pending accounts, grant or revoke admin privileges, and delete users (admins only). Approve pending accounts to allow them to access the app and purchase subscriptions. After approval, manually email the app download link from the owner inbox. Family rows show Revoked when crew removes access. Deleted accounts remain as read-only tombstone rows (filter: Deleted). Delete is irreversible—a confirmation step requires typing "delete" to proceed (any case). Deleting a Main account also removes linked Family accounts.

Photo Review
Approve or reject hotel, gateway, and database layover photos. User-submitted photos are auto-approved. Only approved photos appear in the gallery.
Preview may not show in the browser (the app loads the same URLs fine). If the thumbnail is missing in storage, you'll see "View"; click it to open the image URL in a new tab. You can still approve or reject.
