5X Wingman | How to Import Altour / CMS Travel

Quick Import Flow

Import your roster first so the commercial deadhead is on your schedule. Forward the Altour or CMS travel confirmation to trips@rosters.5xwingman.com, wait for the app to parse it, then confirm which deadhead to replace. Ground shuttles stay on the trip. Screenshots use mock trip S60338 with a deviate routing EWR → CLT → SDF.

Import your CMS or JCT roster first so the trip already shows the commercial deadhead (and any ground shuttle) on Agenda.
Forward the Altour ticketed itinerary email — or a CMS travel confirmation — to trips@rosters.5xwingman.com from an address linked to your account.
Open 5X Wingman and wait for parsing. Home may briefly show Roster Status: Importing....
When prompted, open Confirm travel (or go to Rosters and tap Confirm Altour Travel).
Check that the emailed legs and the Replaces deadhead are correct. Tap Edit placement if you need a different trip or deadhead.
Tap Add to schedule. Agenda updates with the new commercial flights; ground shuttles stay on the trip.

Tips: Works for as-scheduled confirmations and custom deviations (multi-leg routings). Only commercial deadheads are replaced — operating legs and ground shuttles are left alone. Use the same import email address you use for roster imports. If nothing appears after a few minutes, check spam and that the email was forwarded from an address linked to your account.
