Clear the Error & Retry
Open Rosters, find the card with the red Import Failed banner, delete only that card, confirm the Error banner is gone on Home, then forward the full email again to trips@rosters.5xwingman.com (or re-paste a roster). Screenshots show a failed Altour import; the same cleanup works for CMS/JCT failures.
- On Home, note the Roster Status: Error banner.
- Open Rosters from Home View Rosters, or hamburger More → Rosters. The top + icon is Import, not the roster list. The bottom-nav document icon is Trip Kit, not Rosters.
- Find the newest card with the red Import Failed. No trips were added to your schedule. banner. Check the source (email:altour, CMS/JCT, or copy-paste) so you know what to re-send.
- Tap the red trash icon on that failed card only — not a working card that has View schedule and a normal trip/leg count.
- Confirm Delete. Return to Home and confirm the Error banner is gone.
- Re-send the full itinerary or roster to trips@rosters.5xwingman.com from an address linked to your account (or re-paste via Roster Import). Wait for Importing..., then Confirm travel or an updated schedule.
Before you retry: Use a linked email address; include the full message
body (not a blank forward). Altour emails need detailed flight blocks
(AIR - … with Depart: / Arrive: and
airport codes — hotel-only or Travel Summary alone will fail again. Check spam and the
destination address. If it fails twice, contact
Support with the Rosters card time and source.
