How to request deletion
Send a deletion request from the email address connected to your 5X Wingman account. Include the phrase "Delete my 5X Wingman account" in your message so we can identify the request quickly.
If the button does not open your email app, send the request to 5xwingman@gmail.com.
What will be deleted
After confirming the request, we delete your 5X Wingman account and personal app data associated with that account, including account profile data, imported schedule and roster data, saved app preferences, user-generated app content, and other account-linked records stored by 5X Wingman.
Data stored only on your device may also need to be removed by deleting the app or clearing local app data from your device settings.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, backup, or compliance purposes. Backup copies may persist for a short period before routine deletion. Subscription purchase history is managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. To stop future charges after account deletion, cancel your subscription in the store where you purchased it.
Response timeframe
We will confirm receipt and respond to account/data deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify that the request came from the account owner.
